Good Day.

I am in negotiations on the purchase of a 2002 40 ft motorhome. I live in Illinois. Could you let me know if there is a luxury tax on motorhomes in Illinois?

Hello LB,

There is no federal luxury tax for motorhomes.

I don't practise in Illinois. The best way for you to get your answer is to call a dealer for new motorhomes in Illinois.
